Our translations are only performed by mother-tongue translators. The entire process for each translation is overseen by a project manager; this practice implemented throughout our organisation allows us to raise the overall job quality when translations are particularly complex, technical or large.
Moreover, our work method is regulated by European standard UNI EN 15038.
Our process
We put together a specific, detailed quote for each job indicating delivery timeframes and associated costs. Following approval by the customer, we begin working on the project. After having identified the customer’s field and business, a professional translator is selected who handles the translation based on a job order prepared by Studio Blitz. The translator(s) sends the translated work back to head office and the project manager (who is also the liaison between the translator and the customer) reviews the entire translation.
At the same time, a technical card is created and continuously updated at head office. This card collects all the information, terminology and specific expressions for each job to ensure they are consistent and uniform over time.
There’s more: as the translation is being worked on, we perform random quality checks on the translations sent to us by our collaborating translators to ensure our customers are always provided with the greatest quality.
